It is an excellent decision with AI for quality monitoring of all customers consultations via different channels. The system allows to receive scoring in real time of every conversation. Ender Turing solution is very user-friendly and easy to use in daily basic. They have implemented a few new solutions allowing us make some automations in analysys, create a kowledge base, training slots. We have had a few new requiremetns because of our taks differences (neccesary to separate team analysis area) and it was provided very qucikly and as accurate as we need. Ender Turing provides an almost infinite number of possibilities. It's not just a speech recognition tool, but an entire system for analyzing conversations: tone of voice, emotion and everything that was or wasn't said in the conversation.

Nothing is impossible for the ET team, and every idea for developing the tool is a challenge, not an obstacle.
