There's a lot of useful files that we can go back and look for, not just for promotion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extra steps to download documents, wish I didn't have to use the review, see in extra tab and then download Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That everything is in one space. I like that it's relatively easy to find the information you're looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How it's organized. The page I see when I log in is nice to have, but I feel like the look of it is clunky and sporatic. Like there's certain content on that home page that I'll never use/have never used + you have to know exactly what you're looking for to find it. I'm not sure what content is in Enablix besides the decks I've created and marketing info, so I feel like there's limited info I can access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've found Enablix to be a solid asset management solution. Its search functionality makes locating resources quick and painless, while the team kit keeps our assets well-organized. The microsites are particularly useful for sharing large assets with clients in a structured way. I appreciate being able to update these microsites without bombarding clients with emails. Enablix has definitely improved our workflow and client communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to be able to change the content type after publishing an asset. This is helpful both to update the content type if a new one that's a better fit is later added, and also when reviewing content that others have uploaded. A minor point of friction (and I am unsure if it's on Exodigo's end or Enablix's) is that I am logged out of Enablix frequently, which disrupts my workflow by requiring multiple re-logins per day. It onyl takes seconds but is a minor point of friction as sometimes I navigate away from Enablix while waiting and don't return to the task until later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiple versions of one documentation (e.g. when something is in a marketing format, vs technical, vs slide deck) can be incorporated into one section, easy to use and search, microsite functionality is very professional, easy to contact customer support touchpoint (JJ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be good to have some of the tagging be done automatically as it is very time intensive to tag. It is not intuitive what is private vs whole team content (i.e. "save as my content" vs publish options are confusing) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can easily move from a prospective customer to an exansion customer with Enablix tools without the customer ever noticing a change in the content or view when utilizing their micro-site (NOTE: I love the micro-site). I also love the ability to share content in a standard manner across customer profiels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
