The biggest downside is simply the links that are generated. Most people are taught to avoid these links as they would be a phishing attempt, because of this, Enablix is not a great first means of out reach. You have to build some rapport before clients feel comfortable. It would be nice if there was some tracking associated with a target simply opening an email. One of the things I like most about Enablix is the ability to search for the collateral you need quickly, couldn't be easier! I love having the ability to create microsites, which gives your prospects a sense of importance to your organization ("created just for them"). I've been using Enablix through Outlook, but hope to start using it within Salesforce to get more comfortable using a second platform. I appreciate Enablix reaching out to us with the initial learning sessions. I haven't had a need to contact them directly for assistance with anything, but are comfortable to reach out to them if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside to Enablix for me (and this is totally a user error type thing) is that I need to change the notification from receiving an email after a user engages in shared content to the daily email summary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
