What do you like best about Enablix?

Common problem: "Content is everywhere, just cant find it. Looked through emails, G Drive, Intranet, Slack or was it on our website". We implemented few months ago and now all documents, PDF, Collateral is organized by marketing in a central place. Single sign on. But the best part is the Enterprise GMail integration app. Makes it easy to search and share a link to the doc, without ever leaving gmail. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enablix?

Not sure I dislike something yet. Because the org rapidly started using it, there is now a new request to upload and curate content that's visible to only internal employees and with restricted permission to not be able to share with customers (until final release version is ready). What do you like best about Enablix?

Enablix has been an invaluable tool in my daily communication with both current and prospective partners. Its user-friendly interface and rich customization options allow me to tailor each email or efficiently send personalized messages to a broad client base. As a new user, I quickly gained confidence in the platform, thanks to its seamless integration with Outlook, the ability to easily add documents, and real-time insights into client engagement. What do you dislike about Enablix?

I wish there were options to format text, use bullet points, and adjust the size of content while creating emails. Currently, I write my emails in a Word document and then copy/paste them. Additionally, a great feature would be the ability to personalize greetings in mass emails—such as "Dear [NAME]"—with a dedicated section to add up to 50 names, ensuring each email includes the recipient’s personal name at the beginning. Small personal enhancements like these would add even more value. - Finally, would be great to add video and badges on LinkedIn to help promote the Enablix experience. What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Enablix?

What I love most about Enablix is the ability to quickly access all the info from the files ive shared in one place. It doesn't take a lot of navigation to reach that page and its all very concise. It can be difficult to find exactly what im looking for on Enablix if I don't know the exact tag. Is there some sort of "legend" or index or all the available tags to help me narrow down a search If im unsure of where to look? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Enablix primarily is used as a big time-saver. I can send mass emails, and find marketing resources ready to send with a few clicks. It's easy to customize my emails to include any sort of decks that I might need when catering to a specific prospect. What do you like best about Enablix?

All content is in one place. it was very simple to set up. It's easy to find and stays updated even after sharing. The platform is very easy to navigate and use. I use it constantly. Appreciate the lessons we recieved from JJ as well as ongoing support. When I had an issue with sending Drafts that I had saved, I reached out to JJ and the issue was resolved in a day or two. What do you dislike about Enablix?

The only downside is that i am using Edge and would like to be able to directly enter content in linked in. Also, wouldn't mind if the outlook add-in showed the thumbnail as it does when I send through enablix. Email signature in Enablix generated emails is not the same as in my Outlook. Wondering if Drafts could disappear once they are sent or if we could select one or more drafts and send directly from that list rather than selecting one at a time and sending that way. The simpliest way to find and share information with clients and potenital clients. Customizable content can be tailored to needs of individual client. What do you dislike about Enablix?

While Enablix offers many advantages, there is one aspect I find mildly frustrating. The platform tends to send me activity emails after I’ve accessed my own assets. Since I’m always logged into my account while reviewing or updating content, it would be great if Enablix could recognize this and avoid generating unnecessary notifications. What do you like best about Enablix?

The tracking features on media you send out to clients is one of my favorite parts about the software. It's incredibly in-depth and gives you the insight required to know what material your prospects are focusing on most and allows you to tailor your pitch accordingly. It's an excellent library of content and material that can be used so dynamicly in the marketing and sales aspects of the business. Seriously have really enjoyed utilizing this platform.
