What do you like best about Agenda?

What do you like best about Agenda?

As the CEO of a company , it is my responsibility to prepare, carry out and keep meeting minutes from the board meetings. After the introduction of Enable 365 Agenda, this job has become significantly easier both for me, and not least all the board members. The fact that the solution also provides a simple overview of historical and upcoming meetings is a time saver for me. What do you dislike about Agenda?

There are no particular parts of the solution that I don't like. If I could get the meeting minutes signed automatically through the solution, I would be able to save a few more minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agenda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Preparation, implementation and follow-up after board meetings have been very time-consuming for me and all the members of the board. The fact that everyone now has easy access to the same information and correct versions of both cases and documents increases quality and saves everyone a lot of time. What do you like best about Agenda?

I like that I can add Agenda as a tab in a team, and it's not intrusive at all since the interface is very "Teams" like. It's quite intuitive and simple to use, and since we started using it, all of our meetings have minutes and actions items assigned while in the meeting! So, by the time we're finished, everyone knows what they have to do after the meeting :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agenda?

It lacks a place where to see an overview of all the decisions that were taken. You can still see them under an individual meeting, but it would be nice to a place were one can just go in a and check! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps us to keep on point and track before, during, and after the meeting! We feel that everyone comes more prepared and enthusiastic to meetings now, and by the time we're finished, there's no doubt about what the meeting was about! What do you like best about Agenda?

Templates for meeting agendas are a huge timesaver. The planner integration is great and ensures that all meeting decisions are implemented. It also enables us to reuse and have a similar structure to our meetings across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Agenda?

Creating meeting templates with agendas and participants saves time in planning meetings. The possibility to generate and send reports as PDFs directly to our intranet is also one of our favourites. In a meeting, generating and assigning planner tasks directly from the corresponding task is a killer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agenda?

It is an excellent product as it is, but a function for digital signatures could be something to put on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing our meetings, in the same way throughout the organisation, makes it easier to find information and outcomes from meetings.
