What do you dislike about Employee Volunteering?

At this point I've completed several projects for a wide range of non-profit organizations. Honestly, I haven't found anything that I disklike about volunteering. Everyone has been beyond appreciative and respectful . . . that's not always the case with paid positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employee Volunteering solving and how is that benefiting you?

Filling the gaps for non-profit organizations with small teams and no time or budget to pay for graphic design. Working in a design platform that suites needs of the organization has challenged me to step outside of the Adobe Suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
