The design platform is a little confusing to use. When I try to design layouts for emails, it feels very rigid and at times I have a hard time getting it to be perfectly responsive. I typically design things in Adobe software, so I am used to having free reign of what I am doing. I know that the rigid form is probably helpful to those who are professional creatives. It is not intuitive or user friendly. I needed to be trained on the tool, but in a pinch, you shouldn't need to be. Content is not easily loadable, and you don't get a URL to load content into HTML coded emails. Contacts are also not intuitive and you can't upload them quickly or clearly.
