I can tell that they are forward-thinking in solving problems. Emburse uses newer technology and provides analytical insights. It's easy to use even for beginners and saves the AP staff a lot of manual effort. Because it is web-based and has supporting mobile apps, Chrome River is easy to access across any internet-capable device. Since our firm is located across the midwest, this allows us to work and function seamlessly. We send data between our core accounting system and Chrome River, which is vital. Although it works great now, the initial integration took multiple iterations of feedback and corrections. Sometimes getting support or development on an issue can take a few emails or calls. I would advise keeping custom workflow rules simple if possible as well. Because Chrome River allows so much customization, it's almost a negative that we took advantage of that, just in terms of maintenance or testing.
