I love the simplicity allowed by Chrome River Invoice. The program is super intuitive and highly workable on a single screen. It is easy to duplicate recurring items and create presets for common situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Invoice Enterprise?
Using CR Invoice has totally revolutionized our AP process. From the submission process to the approval process, the efficiencies gained from this system are enormous. Gone are the days of paper having to move between approvers and AP and potentially getting lost. All invoices are stored electronically and make the year-end audit process seamless. I don't enjoy the split screen. I wish it was just all one screen and you could just scroll down rather than having to toggle the bottom half of the screen up and down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CR Invoice has been really helpful for our finance teams and users. Everyone is able to track the progress of their invoices and what stage it is at. It's also helped with double data entering into the system for a lot of our offices that use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation process with Chrome River staff was a difficult process at times. Requests for changes would be made, but in the process, something else would be changed that'd break another feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is less frustration over using paperwork, dues on payment and lack of visibility. everything is just a click away for an approval which saves enough time of anyone to validate accordingly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is not necessarily a "dislike", but perhaps we could insert the invoice description once rather than twice. For example, once we fill out the description, it could auto-populate to the second field that requires an invoice description.
