What do you like best about Emburse Invoice Enterprise?
Automated approval routing and completely paperless. Also love the e-invoice feature for invoices with many lines to allocate. Capture is also new for us - with this service, our vendors can e-mail their invoices to our dedicated Chrome River Capture e-mail address where the invoices are automatically uploaded and OCR'd (and reviewed by a "human") which minimizes our data entry. What do you dislike about Emburse Invoice Enterprise?
Service desk tends to be slow. What used to take 1 week or less now takes 2 to 3 weeks minimum. OCR still needs a lot of improvement. I am getting a bit impatient because of how long it is taking for Emburse to improve OCR. Additionally, customers are encouraged to pay for service that used to be standard with their subscription. Emburse Chrome River Invoice makes submission of invoices for payment painless. There are no more forms to fill out. You just bring up your vendor, do a small amount of data entry, code your expenses, upload your invoice and viola! Your invoice is on it's way to Accounts Payable! Even a novice can do it!
