What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Forwarding invoices and receipts from email or sending screenshots via the phone app is a huge time saver. On top of that, the auto-fill feature saves a ton of time as well when scanning the sent images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
The auto-fill feature, while already very useful, has some obvious misses. I think Certify could stand to benefit from tracking what changes users make to auto-filled inputs and try to understand why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been problems with the export file. The period for implementation was over before we could perfect the export file. It was a very busy time for us and we could not dedicate the time to it as required. We also need instruction on how to utilize the credit card import. We would also like to visit the possibility of paying our employees ACH instead of with checks. I know this can all be done, but our implementor is off the case and I don't have time to figure out who to reach out to at Certify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
