What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
I was extremely impressed with its efficiency and simplified user experience. Emburse streamlined our expense reporting process, and the analytic capabilities were robust and easy to navigate. Additionally, it’s more than apparent that a lot of thought and intention went into the user experience and interface design. What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
One minor flaw I've found with Emburse Certify Expense is that it doesn't export directly to our payroll processor, so reimbursements need to be manually exported and imported into our payroll processing software. However, due to the ease of use and compatibility with our other systems, it has been able to integrate into our workflow without any issues. Overall, I value how flexible and adaptable Emburse Certify Expense is to the unique requirements of our firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
I like being able to submit reports multiple times thoughout the month and having CRSNAP connected to chromeriver makes it super easy to find the receipts to attach to expenses.
The only glitch is sometimes there are duplicates of receipts although the technician only loaded the receipt one time only. Other than that issue, the site is pretty easy to navigate and submit reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes receipts are duplicated or there's 10 copies of one receipt although the tech only loaded the 1 recept. Can you fix that glitch? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
