What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
I like that his product is included with the services that we receive from our PPO. I find it reasonably easy to use and I would not switch vendors. That being said, I would recommend to the team that they simplify the user experience by reducing the number of clicks required through the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
The number of clicks required to complete a task. I also need to submit receipts from multiple email addresses, which is not a feature that exists at this time (I think). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Multiple ways to submit receipts, merge/unmerge option, ability to modify the amounts. If rejected, you can still edit and redo. Selecting the time frame that it will pick up the expenses for the report.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Sometimes it doesn't pick up the correct amounts or currency, so you need to be careful before submitting. Improving this feature will make the system more efficient.
Can only deactivate the user, not delete.
When going in as the person to fix certain errors in purchasing, I cannot access certain information if I am assigned to a department and not to the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
The certify app is very user-friendly, when receipts are uploaded or if they are emailed it attach to the credit card expense. Able to put details notes on the expense so able to corporate can process the report with ease and without a lot of questions or follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one-piece for me is when I have to split an expense and still don't have that part down it takes me several tries. Overall I love it!!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great functionality. Consistent, no issues.
Integration with Nexonia is problem-free.
Syncs with our current credit card program.
Mobile app works great for expense reporting and quick approvals.
