We love the simplicity of the system. Once we were onboarded and synced with our Quick Books, we have rarely needed further assistance from Certify. We were looking for a solution to more effectively meet the needs of our hybrid staff as our previous system required paper trails. In addition to saving paper, moving approvals online increased speed, facilitates referencing past expenses, and improved our overall record keeping of expenses, invoices, and approvals. We have not experienced much in the form of downside. I guess getting a live person to assist with issues post-onboarding - but we have only had minor issues and they have typically been solved by help articles or submitting tickets in relatively short time frames. Chrome River Expense is easy for our campus community to use. Our implementation team was fantastic and we were able to implement with a short turnaround. Creating an expense report is very easy, uploading the receipts via an app provides an efficient and quick way to store these receipts and reduce the liklihood of losing them, and being able to save a draft then come back later and edit/add to it is a great feature. The user experience is quite easy. Also, you can add tons of custom tags and segments to capture data about the different expenses. They put a lot of work into making great integrations so it will likely tie into any type of accounting system or credit card system that you are using. I keep asking for help to have someone from Certify talk through if I am maximing the use of my Certify system. I am not sure if they have someone who can help me with this because the only advice they offer seems to be to buy additional services, which are great, but not necessarily what I am asking for. I like the merge function, the cr snap app, and the ability to email receipts. I've also linked my uber business profile to chrome river so that receipts are automatically sent in, which is awesome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
