What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
I really like this program. I use the desktop version most often and find it very easy and intuitive to use. I also think the App version is really helpful - I can often submit an expense, with a photo of my receipt, before I leave the store! It also makes communicating with my approver, or with those submitting reports that I approve, very easy when questions come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
I have not yet found a way to submit multiple receipts / photos to substantiate the same expense; if this isn't yet a feature, I'd love for it to be added! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Certify made it incredibly easy to get my money back to me. I've used a lot of softwares in the past that made it so tedious to get my reimbursement, so much to the point that I wouldn't even submit expenses just to avoid the trouble! I was amazed at how quickly and easy it was to upload my receipts and send off an expense report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Emburse is super easy to use for quarterly & monthly expenses. This is the software we use at my company & transitioned through my tenure with the company from another software & this one was extremely easy to transition to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
The flow in which to create an expense could be a bit better - it shouldn't matter whether receipts have been uploaded or not to start, you should be able to start with an "expense report" & have cerify navigate as needed to get the details on the expense that's needed to move forward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use, clear, intuitive, etc. I never wonder "now why did they do it this way", or "now where was that one button". If it isn't a perfect piece of software (and it might be), it is by FAR the best of it's kind that I've ever used or heard of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
