UPDATE: Regretting trying it again. Definitely large corporate culture now. Bought the expense reporting and the corporate cards. Due to underwriting delay, they kicked me out after expense reporting was setup. I requested multiple times not to do that. Support just sends self help articles. This probably would take less than an hour time to have someone reach out and help me finish the setup. Definitely will never use them again.

Deep intergration with NetSuite for the expenses. Highly customizable. Wish the old CEO, Neil, was there. His attitude was if you need something customize we will do it for you and not charge you if you let us use your idea. I had never seen a vendor treat their customers that way. That has changed since the company was sold. Far less likely to do custom request, even if they needed to charge you for it.

Mobile app works great and is very user friendly.

AP module is really lacking. Does not have the flexibility that the expense reporting or timesheet modules do.

Certify expense is user freindly and I recieve my updates quickly for travel. I have had no problems with reimbursements to my account so far this year Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot think of any downsides. There have been no issues for me or my staff submitting or receiveing payments. I have educated my staff on how to recieve payment and have no complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is and how it holds all account information, so I dont need to go through old paperwork to find these accounts. I am quickly able to get refunded for expenses. Chrome River is very user friendly which all my users tell me compared to Concur. the Mobile app and other features work really great. its very easy to integrate into our ERP system with custom export files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is good for small issues but very bad for bigger issues. We have a ticket that is almost a year and a half old and is till not resolved even after we paid extra to fix something that we had paid for during deployment. Efficient. Speed and efficiency are top of my mind when I log into Chrome River and for any user responsible for creating, submitting or approving expense.

As and Admin- Our users/Travellers very happy and require only one time or self training.

The inabilty to see what you are writing on your business purpose on the intial expense page, this means I have to write the business purpose somewhere else and then copy it to the business expense on the initial page. We use Emburse Certify through our HR partner and have been thoroughly impressed with the ease of onboarding and use in our organization. It takes no time at all to train our employees, it is easy to navigate and make changes, run reports, track spending, AND integrate with so many other items. Honestly there isn't a lot to dislike about Certify. There are some places I wish the graphics were more intuitive or there were additional language for buttons and functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes when I take a photo of a receipt through the Chrome River App, it splits the image down the middle which makes it hard to record things so I usually end up taking a photo with my cell phone camera and upload it to the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
