What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
The only thing I have liked about using Chrome River was the ease of use for our users. The user interface made it easy for users to enter expense reports and receive reimbursement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
This company has the worst customer service. From changing processes and not communicating it to their admins, for waiting months for a response to help desk tickets, and the elimination of a dedicated CSM person, Chrome River has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. We switched expense management systems in November and I've been calling, submitting tickets, sending emails for months and received minimal responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
