The ability to use Google Maps clarifies a lot of things.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Despite MAPS showing the starting, ending points of each leg of a trip, there is a "problem" if 2 trips happen to be the same distance.
Example: if a trip to Queens equals 5.0 miles, and a trip to Staten Island equals 5.0 miles, I will not be able to apply for re-imbursement, because they both are the same distance. (!!?) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
The best part is the ability to take pictures of the reciepts, have them uploaded and automatically assigned the type and GL code. The integration with our ERP system had no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
Sometime it can be diffcult to maneuver through the various expense items and reciepts that were uploaded verses captured and uploaded. Rarely an issue but it can happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it is customisable and flexible, we added a few custom fields/GL dimensions to match our NetSuite accounting, gets Airwallex card transactions (but barely and not automatically) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
no integration with NetSuite, the SFTP server they offer needs to be set up by the company, not part of the implementation and no help from Certify, hence additional cost to set it up unless you have a NetSuite specialist in-house
implementation was long and ineffective (3 months and still not over), some features turned out to be unavailable, and the implementation team was not flexible enough to make things work, lots of errors in the 'finalised' tasks that needed a few iterations to finally be fixed
the interface is not very user-friendly or intuitive, takes some time to get used to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
