What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Certify Expense has allowed us to fully streamline our expense procedures. Gone are the days of cumbersome templates and spreadsheets for tracking. With real-time credit card integration as well, tracking corporate expenditures is now a breeze. Support from implementation to deployment was excellent and now I spend less time reviewing mine and my team's expenses than ever before. A major efficiency gain for our organization. What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
No obvious negatives are present. However, moving from an on-premise process to a cloud based solution does increase some Cyber Risk, however this is negligable with the correct training and protocols. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
I like the ability to built all of your university rules into the system to fully utilize the system. I like the user interface and the ease of use. Chrome River has definitely changed our way of working coming from manual paper auditing processes and since the Go LIve back in 2016, we have upgraded and updated our system so much. What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
The Reporting Analytics has always been the pain point, however we have now transferred over to Emburse Analytics. I did not like how we had to go and recreate all of the reports in the system with no individual help, although they had Open Office Hours. It was a huge change, but now it's alot better and it actually helped me learn how to build custome reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
I liked the drag and drop receipt function, it made it easier to upload receipts. It was pretty easy to stay organized and see old expenses all in one place. Once you get the hang of it, the tiles make it easier to stay organized but it took some time get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
It's hard to navigate at first. We got a lot of questions about the different categories for expenses from new hires. I wish there was an easier way to bulk import people if you are trying to get reimbursed for a gift you purchased for multiple people on the same receipt. We ended up switching to directly getting reimbursed from our corporate bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
