I don't like that you have to go through the entire process of inputting an invoice and selecting submit before you find out that the invoice is a duplicate and has already been submitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?
As someone who does not work in BDR/Sales/Prof services (but has in the past) I do not use expense programs a lot. I logged in today, eager to log an exam fee and of course skipped through all the training material and the program was easy and intuitive to use. Tooltips were wonderful. N/A It is an expense program, it has to have certain gates and checkpoints I do not think the few pain points I experienced an be responsibly removed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only ran into one issue where I clicked submit but there was no error. For some reason the allocation field was empty and there was no way to add it. I exited and returned and the allocation was there but I found it a but confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currency converter. When expensing the hotel, my charge to the credit card was in JPY, however, the invoice was generated by the hotel in INR, so the system calculated a lower convertion rate and I lost like 30 USD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
