What do you like best about Emburse Spend (formerly Abacus)?
Easy to submit expense reports and managers get notifications when expenses are ready to approve. Fairly straightforward to use as an administrator. Integrates with Sage Intacct. As an end user, it's great to submit expenses and get direct deposit reimbursements directly to my bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Spend (formerly Abacus)?
1. Recently stopped differentiating between corporate card spend and personal card spend needing reimbursement. This is more complicated when we are pulling reports to figure out who is using the corporate cards vs. personal cards.
2. When someone leaves the company, their unapproved expenses just hang out in limbo. If an approver leaves, the expenses they were assigned to approve stay unapproved until their employees are reassigned to another approver. The employee then has to remember to resubmit the expenses to the new approver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of use of the app, I can upload my receipts instantly from my phone, or email them and they populate automatically into my expense account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Sometimes it can be time consuming to go through each receipt to edit the details, but certify does have an automatic wizard that alerts you that there are things you need to edit and review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It integrates google maps into the platform for ease of inputting. This is a report that I dread putting together every month but this makes it incredibly clear to read and easy to input necessary data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
Certify makes our lives easy when it comes to tracking, reporting and linking each company card transaction. The best thing we enjoy about this software is that it automatically talks to your company's bank card and retrives the information creating a expense report. This is A+ feature if you have alot of sales people submitting expense reports weekly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?
The only thing I would say emburse certify can improve is the ability for admins to override charges that did not make their way to Certify from your company's card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
