I love the Elevate emerge platform. Their monthly newsletter is what I had been looking for. Although not something they tell you much about in the sales calls. It is an email platform and auto-generates interesting topics for all. You can set it and forget it if you want, and it continues to be sent out monthly to your list. I went in, hoping this was finally going to get me over the hurdle to get the leads I needed. However, most of the leads I got for buyers in my area were duds. Most ignored all my attempts to reach them and were just using my site as their house hunt search engine. Many are not even living in the country. The few that I could get a hold of had unrealistic budget expectations for the area.
I also loved the idea of the social posts. However, I am still having to do most of the work as they only post once a week, and it doesn't include instagram at all, which I feel is an important part of the social sceen. Plus, I learned that many other realtors in my area are using them, and I was not getting great topics on my blog posts. My broker, who also uses their blogs, are always better topics than mine.
Lastly, I loved the idea of them helping with my website and buying my domain name a task I hadn't figured out how to do and was worried about spending money on. However, beware my free broker site is more customizable than their website. I had spent a lot of time creating a logo for my business, but the only place they can place that is at the very bottom of the website. I want that to be front and center as I am using to brand my business across all media.

I enjoyed several aspects of this platform, but the standout feature for me was its automation for sales and lead generation. It aids in lightening the workload and achieving improved sales outcomes. It's also straightforward to make calls and engage with potential customers.

Service and support were disastrous. What was presented in the sales pitch was not provided. No acct mgr to support you, no blogs, not 1 verified client was received within 4 months. That's a lot of money to shell out with nothing to show for it. I called and emailed several times but fell on deaf ear. Once they have your money, it's on to the next victim. My acct mgr quit, and no one advised me - but still billed me. I gave them ample time to correct but nothing was done.

The emerge system is SO confusing. Good luck getting a timely response on billing questions. Right now the server is down; an email letting me know what is going on would have been nice. When I asked to upgrade my account, It took me talking to 3 ppl over the course of 2 months to get it up and going. WTH?!?!?
