There is nothing really that we dislike about Eletive and we don't see real downside.
This is the the second year in the row that we have been using the Eletive plateform for our annual employee engagement survey. As a result, we are getting more familiar with the plateform and see some area for improvement. These would be more as nice to have rather than downside.
