One thing which I feel is a concern is the Sync of the work completed by the team, when you are at the top of the group as a manager, and the team size is Big, it will take lots of time to get those synced into the manager application, and without syncing manager cannot use his application, and this will take lots of time depending on the size of sync it is happing.
