I find that the notifications work as intended, unlike a previous LMS we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navigation is incredibly poor. I cannot locate anything for the life of me, and I end up having to click around until I accidentally stumble upon it. We have to navigate through many different pages to set up a single course. Cannot preview anything such as batch schedules or even email templates. You have to enroll/unenroll to test out/preview emails. It is very time-consuming.
It is not intuitive and it is clear that there is no single thought of proper UX for their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
