Decent library support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eclipse is difficult for beginners to navigate. It's a more advanced IDE for experienced developers. IntelliJ is much easier to use than Eclipse and also has more abundant features for JAVA developers.
Randomly crashes a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use and fast. The in browser ide is a godsent feature. Spin up quick dev environments and work on critical projects and bugs even when away from your workstation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of some languages and runtimes in the template library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eclipse Che is a great editor and cloud environment. It knows how get out of the way when your coding, but still within reach when you need something. Minimal plugins mean minimal distractions and more quality coding time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The git tools often lock up my browser when committing and pushing. Some more polish and effort around this part would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows multiple users to access various workspaces and resources. This has a huge impact on organizations with large scattered human resources.
Multiple team members can collaborate efficiently on a single workstation.
While working remotely the collaboration should be smooth. Which is very well insured in Eclipse Che. A team or a user can use their workspace from local IDE as well as the browser.
Administration can control what permissions for the workspace should a given user can have. Which is also a very good feature.
The user interface is easy to understand.
Also, you can deploy from Git.

Eclipse Che comes with Online IDE as well which is slow as compared to desktop.
The user interface is good but I feel sometimes it can be improved.
Setting up the IDE and opening it take some time that other IDEs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eclipse Che is closely tied to Eclipse. It’s still a powerful albeit sometimes slow, free IDE. It has the same quirks Eclipse often has and more often than not gets the job done. Eclipse Che is based around the cloud, allowing multiple users to access the code at the same time. Standard eclipse also offers this feature but at a different scale - it just allows file sync between clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eclipse Che has all of the drawbacks standard Eclipse does too. On slower systems it’s auto-completion runs sub-par compared to some other IDEs, namely, IntelliJ. It does give the big advantage of being able to work completely on the cloud, meaning the time for a project to go live is minimal and isn’t a hassle, but fails utterly short when it randomly crashes or hangs, sometimes resulting in data loss. Its heavy reliance on the server that runs it results in catastrophes when LAN connection breaks for any reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eclipse Che is the best IDE for online development of the respective codes.
I find it very useful and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The organised menu, various function and the most importantly it shows the bugs while typing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Competition from Netbeans is quite not convincing, netbeans is quite faster and light for old machines! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Price is the only issue I have with this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the customizability of the workspace and the dynamic structure of the IDE. Being able to run customized Linux commands with a single click has proven to be very helpful. Not only is it dynamic, but it also has a very clean aesthetic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the inability to have custom workspace commands when running a file, such as being able to run the current open python file and what not. Setting up the IDE takes a little more effort than it should, and the IDE has a very long loading time, as opposed to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
