We liked the program very much for the most part. My only dislike was that we used a lot of unique titles in Bullhorn and it's difficult to automate this when adding candidates to the system. While it was an efficient way to add candidates, I still needed to edit each one manually to make sure they were coded correctly for how we use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ebsta provides an easy view into your ATS at all times no matter where you are and enables users to keep records up to date. This has helped us ensure we are capturing more vitial information and able to make business decisions as a result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is dated and hasn't kept up with the latest version of Bullhorn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like that I can remain on LinkedIn and see what's in Bullhorn at the same time without having to switch between the two screens.
The upgrade which allows one to get into Bullhorn records directly from the LinkedIn page is great or you can remain on LinkedIn and all your info (notes etc.) is right there.

I would really like to see Ebsta being able to populate most of the static data directly from LinkedIn, which would save even more time.
Also - if a name isn't entered into Bullhorn exactly as it appears on LinkedIn, it may not find the record. It would be helpful if Ebsta offered up some options / suggestions that there is a similar name in the database (as Bullhorn does when one enters a new candidate - letting you know that this might be a duplicate candidate). Ebsta saves a lot of time with data entry, parsing, and not having to switch screens from LinkedIn to Bullhorn while sourcing. Can see tons of data about candidates from Bullhorn while on their LinkedIn profile; boosts efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only dislike is intermittent outages, as with any other software product. It was down for about a week which was tough but only underscores the significance of the product and how vital it is to recruiting success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how it can link with your CRM to pull up the profile of the person's resume you are looking at. It saves time because you can look and see the last time that person was contacted without leaving the webpage. YOu can add people to the database and add notes to theor profile without having to click back and forth between screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes Ebsta goes down. That can be pretty annoying but it shows you how much you really rely on it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it because i can easily see candidates and notes without being in our main database.. saves time!!!! It makes recruiting especially when you are doing a "power hour" you can use this to your advantage as a quick reference on notes and candidate history. I love being able to have multiple screens up and not disturbing what i am doing on another screen because i can user this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes it is hard to pick out when there are multiple of the same name so you have to double check in your database. I wish you could search by email or by phone number to be able to decipher people with common names or similiar names.
It doesnt work in certain browser views for example CB- when you are in Flip View ebsta doesnt work. If you are in classic view it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ebsta takes a lot of the admin work / data entry out of my daily business......time is money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ebsta does not automatically populate all the info needed when adding a new candidate or client into BH (from LinkedIn). This is why I bought the tool in the first place but it still cuts out over 50% of the data entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are 2 best parts about ebsta - quick data entry for adding new people to our data base AND quick snippets to see if the candidate is already in our system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
