At Hello Ebbot, we love the customer journey. Vi use the latest technology to keep developing our beloved chatbot Ebbot, but we also understand that we need people to deliver the best customer service in the world. The collaboration between Ebbot and our state of the art SmartChat for agents is something we've poured our hearts into. The idea is that Ebbot will take care of the majority of repetitive questions, while, with more time on their hands, human agents will create the best experience possible for more complex cases. Employees are therefore more motivated and will stay longer at their job than before. One of the many insights we have from completed chatbot projects with large companies is that by taking a proactive role as a solution provider in a project like this, we kan make sure the outcome is great all while not using too much resources from our customers. We are experts in automation and customer service -- and we'd love to tell you all about how to best combine them do deliver an amazing experience.

A more warm and welcoming FAQ for our customers. = less phone calls and e-mails to take care of at customer service.

Ebbot is an easy to use chatbot, I find it very user friendly for administration, easy to train and well designed, and both the agent chatting experience and chatbot interaction with customers are great. What do you dislike about Ebbot?

I find their statistics tool a bit challenging to navigate, but once you get the hang of it, there are a lot of parameters that you can subscribe to. While it is not top scoring, it is a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are assisting our customers with self-service and make it easy for us to train it further. It also has smart solutions for when the chatbot can no longer be of service. We have seen a clear optimization and even reduction of specific types of queries that we've trained the bot especially thoroughly with, and feel a great reward in having them as our bot provider.
