I initially liked being able to be in direct contact with the translators themsleves to provide context and answer any questions they could have, instead of doing over a third person. It saves time and missunderstandings.

Upon sign up there was an error that prevented me from beig able to take the onboarding experience, which made it more challenging getting started.

Also, even though there's space for the translators to fill out the profile with background information so you have context over the industries they could best fit, most of them don't really use it, which can make it hard to pick the best translator to get started.
