What do you like best about EasyTranslate?

Their customer service is excellent and their level of professionalism is top-notch. I feel like I was explained the platform and everything about the agency very clearly and thoroughly, with follow-up calls from the account manager which made it super easy to sign up and start using the platform. What do you like best about EasyTranslate?

EasyTranslate is simple to use and lets you create translation projects quickly. You also have the ability to contact the linguists directly using the messaging system. The staff at EasyTranslate are quick to respond and do their utmost to help out whenever there are issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?

The platform affords very little control over the translation projects and their settings, and the messaging system is outright clumsy to use. It's not possible to assign custom due dates for the projects without contacting customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyTranslate?

They solving the challenge with translating the language. When I find it challenging to set up anything on their platform, they are very helpful and will gladly help me set it up.
