**What do you like best about EasyTranslate?**

Rarely does one have the pleasure of working with a company with such clear values towards customer satisfaction. The amount of transparent and proactive communication is what allows EasyTranslate to separate themselves from their competition. The willingness to listen to customer suggestions and offer tangible solutions has built confidence and trust that is often missed when working in a digital environment.

**What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?**

Even though the translation platform is advanced and easy to use for most daily activities, some user experience issues occasionally arise, which need the attention of the EasyTranslate staff. These issues are mainly solved by their strong communication and will to improve the platform.

**What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have multiple users creating translation projects to a shared platform has streamlined the translation process in our company. Also, the ability to communicate directly with the people translating our projects has proven to help reduce errors and misunderstandings in source texts.

It's an easy and intuitive software, making my job a little easier - combined with a quick response from the sweet and helpful translators.

I haven't experienced anything other than good service at EasyTranslate - no complaints.

A quick translation. And the fact that the word memory secures optimal translations every time.

**What do you like best about EasyTranslate?**

Capability to integrate with our website design makes the process of executing updates across languages much easier. There is a diverse range of languages, and choice of translators available. The user interface is very intuitive, and it is very fast to set up new translation projects. Fees are exceptionally competative for this kind of service.

**What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?**

No negative features of note that I would report. We occasionally found it could take a day or two longer than expected to onboard a new translator, but whenever we had any issues customer service were very prompt to help and solved our problems.

**What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use EasyTranslate to conduct regular updates to our customer-facing material for our website and sales/ marketing materials. It makes the process much more scalable to use EasyTranslate to execute rapidly across multiple languages.

We have experienced no downsides thus far.  Easy Translate met all deadlines and has never underperformed in translation quality.

We operate our business in 6 languages, which means the website, media, print stuff, and so forth. The only way to be able to achieve this is a fast and reliable translation service. Easy Translate is the solution for this enduring task.

EasyTranslate is just that: easy. Ordering a translation is done in seconds, and I can quickly see the assigned translator, price per word, and estimated delivery date.

My contact with their support has also been very positive. They are quick to answer and always helpful. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?**

I've encountered a bug or two, but there's nothing that wasn't ironed out quickly. The support team gets to work on the problem and solves it promptly.

**Recommendations to others considering EasyTranslate:**

Use it for a specific language or two in mind, and establish a dialogue with the translator.

EasyTranslate helps us when we need to outsource translations, and it all works smoothly.

Thanks to the tools in the platform, I'm able to revise the translation before downloading it and can also send messages to the translator. It all works very well.

Another benefit is the transparent invoice history.

Solved an issue we looked for a resolution to for years.
Very good support and service.

**What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?**

May consider minor adjustments to make the user interface more intuitive and set up most use cases ourselves. Other than that already nice clean UI and easy to use for what can be done.

**What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem was translating content with HTML tags within.
We searched far and wide for solutions to this. Still, no software was scalable, affordable, or suitable to our needs before we coincidentally stumbled upon EasyTranslate, which also happens to be operative in our local language.

**What do you like best about EasyTranslate?**

- The platform is simple, so no one has to be "trained" to use it.
- We can add multiple people to the account, either to upload jobs or review translations.
- Unlike other platforms, you can talk to your translator in an in-app chat. This is useful to discuss project deadlines before the translation is complete, and also afterward to explain the reason behind my team's edits.
- Translators are flexible with their schedules if we have last-minute deadlines to meet.

And the best part for me has been our account manager. She has been a fantastic resource – responding quickly to any questions, working through problems with me, making sure any workarounds don't incur extra work for me. As a customer, you feel supported even when things don't go according to plan (or when you're experiencing growing pains with a new platform!)

**What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?**

- The platform is almost too simple at times, and I'd like a bit more control at times... You can't rename projects once they've been created. You can't "hide" finished jobs, so I created a "Done" folder to move them all manually. And you can't cancel a job once it's been accepted and you've approved the price (you need to contact customer service or your account manager).
- Some parts of the platform don't load properly, making it seem unstable at times.
- The platform when viewed on a desktop isn't fully responsive. It hides part of the screen unless you're in full-screen mode.
- The "revise translation" section doesn't autosave your changes. This was (and still is) my biggest issue as a Google Doc user (where autosaving is a way of life), because if you don't click save/finish, you'll lose hours of work.

**What problems is EasyTranslate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't gotten to the stage where I see a difference from other services just yet. But my hope is that we will no longer need to have internal reviewers check the documents because the translators will do it right the first time.

Friendly and welcoming sales and support team. The system itself is easy to use and you can have a fluid process for your translations.

Expenditure in connection with tasks is easy to see through and it is easy to relate to the finances of the projects.

You get a nice overview of all your projects. Combined with translation memory and term bank, you are ensured high quality in translations. The LaaS is simply a great time saver in handling if you get many translation projects.

I have nothing negative to report so far.

Translations of product and SEO texts, and content/blogs.

Working with EasyTranslate has taken our translation process to the next level, with enhanced speed, quality and consistency. The automation of translation management and the centralisation of all projects makes it so much easier to launch, keep track of and receive translations. We can also chat with translators directly through the platform which makes it easier to align on expectations.

No note-worthy complaints so far, and the team at EasyTranslate has been very responsive to questions or concerns.

We have managed to save a lot of our time and resources with EasyTranslate. Once it is set up the process is automatic, meaning that we have been able to push multilingual content out to our website and for Marketing material on a much bigger scale.

The app/software seamlessly integrates professional human translation support with the best translation AI we have tested. It's makes it very easy to translate a site like ours and the automated translation helps us massively to reduce costs.

So far it has worked well for us! We are still "training" the translation memory, so there is still some need for human interaction

The app that is easy to use, both when ordering and when communicating with the linguists.

There has been some bugs. But with that said, they've been very helpful with fixing these bugs and issues very fast.

We get fast and good translations for all the languages we use, without the need for too much proofreading. We feel safe when using translations from Easy Translate in languages we don't understand ourselves.

The possibility to integrate Easytranslate fully into our build pipeline is outstanding. Also great response and flexibility from the technical team at Easytranslate every time something had to be changed

The Easytranslate platform still feels quite young. We found a multitude of bugs (which however was fixed quickly)  and some functionality is missing.

One of the features that I like the best about using EasyTranslate is the option to glance over each translated sentence and communicate directly with the translator if that is needed.

**What do you dislike about EasyTranslate?**

What I dislike about EasyTranslate is that I can't add a new language myself from the platform. I have to contact an employee at EasyTranslate. That might lead to a better custom fit for the current project, but it would be nice to have the option to do so. There are also some minor bugs on the platform.

That we don't have access to translators over the world or the ability to do it ourselves.

The process of a translation can sometimes be challenging. This mostly has to do with translator availability and some technical issues on the website.

The adjustment of file formats supported by the platform is kinda inflexible.

Making sure our product is available in several languages without relying on internal resources. Easytranslate supports us in our expansion efforts, through a partially automated process and high-quality translations, with linguists that are properly onboarded to our use-cases and us as a brand.

I would like to highlight how amazing your project manager (Dea) has been. Every time I've had a question or needed anything, she has been incredibly helpful and happy to assist in a very friendly way.

We have worked on the en masse translation of our content into Spanish. I have always known I never had to worry about the quality of the translations or how fast and reliable your linguists have been.
