I finished a Kickstarter and was really happy with the integration between Easyship and Kickstarter. It imported and populated the CSV easily. I checked across multiple platforms and Easyship had the best rates and the best (free) plan for me. Many other services made you upgrade to a paid plan, but for now in my small business journey, the free Easyship plan is absolutely perfect. I just shipped out some of the orders today and by the time I got home, all the tracking info was available for each customer right in Easyship- especially great because I wasn't able to get a paper receipt from one of the companies I shipped out from! One worry off my mind for sure. So far, the process has been extremely easy and cost effective, two things that are at the top of my priorities right now for running my business! Importing the CSV from Kickstarter required a little bit of fiddling. Despite my trying to correct the fields in Google Sheets before submitting the CSV into Easyship, I still had to go through and manually fix addresses, add in box dimensions, select the HS Code and select the Residential Address for every customer (which I didn't have a ton to do overall, but could be really a hassle if you had hundreds of orders). I also couldn't figure out a way to hook up my shipping scale up to the software, so I could weigh each package and it document the weight automatically. I used to work for a factory and remember that functionality was really handy and sped the process up quite a bit. So, not too bad overall for me, as I have 63 orders to ship total and I'm further breaking them all down into batches of 10 or so, but it could be a real hassle if I had a lot more orders. Growing pains, I'll look into those features again when my business requires me to get more streamlined. Overall, these are minor nitpicks. Easyship is great for my purposes as a small business. It has a lot of innovations that work well: I like that it remembers the size of my packages, and the weight of my individual items. I appreciate the integrations with Kickstarter. I appreciate that it manages package tracking. Customer support for my tier has been very responsive and very high-quality.
I onboarded with Easyship because of the integration with Kickstarter. I was immediately contacted by Sanchith Mada, who has been my point of contact the entire time, which as been a huge help. The product would have been overwhelming without his onboarding services. A lot of services like this will shuffle you to a different customer satisfaction agent every time you have an issue. Sanchith's continuity gives Easyship a personal touch that I really appreciate.
As is I use Easyship almost every day now. It's pretty easy to use for the most part, and I hope they continue to improve their frontend UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI needs a lot of work still. Input fields are slow on all browsers (I'm using a 2018 Mac mini) and form fields change without warning, leading to data loss and frustration during manual input. There are gaps in the workflow. If I select a package or an item when creating a shipment for manual entry, it does not automatically remember or calculate the weights of these items, so I still have to do all of that myself. Adding rules is not intuitive, and sometimes it seems like they don't get applied. These are all minor issues but added up together will impact the product's adoption and growth in the long run. The customer support is absolutely outstanding. Quick to respond and always on the ball. They truly do whatever it takes to get it done in a very timely manner. For the more difficult issues, always follow up and eventually get it corrected which has greatly benifit our business. Making us more productive and preciese.
The integration of EasyShip into our website has been so helpful although often incorrect, it is being worked on to my understanding.
Easyship is very easy to navigate, as we use it several times a day.

There are only a few things that lack on the back end that are currently being fixed as we have seen. Such as weights and zip codes not loading properly into easy ship and causing an error. the weights are being adjusted and working correctly now for our amazon. Need to work on our website though.
The Zip code errors that prevent a dash in the line does create some headache, that we hope to see corrected if an entire US zip code is put in or an international zip code that has a dash in it will not let us edit & save the shipment.
The weights not loading in correctly make our customers pay more than they should and box size and weights be inccorect often, which we have to manually correct.

The courier I selected (QExpress) failed to pickup my package. When I called QExpress with the package number Easyship gave me, QExpress said it was not their number and could not track a third party number! To contact Easyship directly. How frustrating. When I decided to cancel my shipment all together, no refund is offered - it was a wasted exercise and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So much has gone wrong with yesterday's shipments (eight boxes) I don't even know where to begin. First, the wrong address was somehow picked up (an outdated address for my son that I'm not sure where it came from). Unfortunately, I did not notice this (I just selected his name) until after all eight packages were picked up. Second, USPS has informed me that the seven packages I sent through them were incorrectly classified as 'media mail' vs. 'ground advantage' which resulted in the charges being calculated incorrectly. I was never prompted by Easyship to choose between media mail vs. ground advantage so I'm not sure how this happened, but I'm thinking it may have to do with desribing the contents as 'collectibles' (they contained heirloom china - collectibles seemed to fit)? Lastly, the one box that I chose to ship via Sendle is currently missing in action. Someone saying they were from Sendle picked the box up as scheduled, but Sendle has no record of it on their end and have now opened an investigation. So in summary, I have seven boxes sent via USPS to the wrong address using the wrong classification (media mail) with the wrong postage ($9.88 v $24) that I am in the process of working on having returned ($70 initial postage + return fees + resending fees at the corrected rate), AND one box also to the wrong address via Sendle that seems to have vanished altogether. Needless to say I am not a happy camper with Easyship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really appreciate how simple it is to create bulk shipments, price compare, and process shipments for any destination. Our favorite features are Easyship’s bulk order import function and the automatic generation of courier orders, which have saved us a significant amount of time. Additionally, the comparison of couriers has helped us cut considerable costs and has provided multiple options for our international orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I must say, there is nothing about Easyship that I dislike; everything is just right for us. However, I would be more confident in purchasing insurance if the claims process were explained in more detail at the time of purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easyship is very simple to use and integrates seemlesly wiht our website. Freight rates are sharp and the support we get from our dedicated Account Manager is outstanding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
