I don’t manage email infrastructure, but I do sometimes need to check if a domain looks healthy before sending emails. The free tools are perfect for that. I’ve mainly used the deliverability test and domain reputation check a few times, and they’re very easy to run. All I have to do is paste the domain in, and it gets me the results pretty quickly compared to if I had to research, and the explanations are actually super easy to understand. For now? Nothing really. If you need to change DNS records or configure complex things you’d still need a technical person, but for quick checks it works perfectly. It has all the features we need to improve email reliability. The plan we have made it easy to update our SPF and other email records and keep them in sync. The dashboard gives us a clear update on our email health. When we onboarded, we got a multi-meeting onboarding plan from their support team which made it simple to setup.
