For a not-so-short while I had the pleasure of using this tool and I can say it is very much suited for small to medium-sized teams. It was extremely easy to navigate and find appointments/meetings assigned to my fellow co-workers and I can safely say that I never had any issues or inconveniences while using it or during meetings. A solid and reliable piece of software is the best thing you can hope for especially in an environment where even a minute of delay can cost you greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The limited number of people being able to access it on separate accounts made it kind of a pain since this is one of those apps that you feel are better suited for personal use. A small-sized company (especially family-owned) will have a harder time understanding the benefits of such software, leaving it mainly as a tool for trainers or recruiters to rely on, which is a shame since it's extremely useful for many of us in the telecom business. I like it's simplicity. It's very easy to understand and learn right off the bat. I like the format and how you can see one whole week and all the meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version doesn't allow many features like scheduling unlimited events. The other versions' prices are quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it's is great software because it makes it easy to organize your schedule and keep track of important events and tasks. It has a user-friendly interface that makes it simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was nothing that I disliked w.r.t the easy calendar. I used it for a brief period of 4 months and had a good experience likewise. It's a good alternative when compared to google calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing after getting introduced to EasyCalendar is that we could ask our clients or leads to schedule meetings and the calendar could suggest them a convenient time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up EasyCalendar for the entire organization though we wanted just to experiment, was a huge task and complex process involved as it came with a lot of prerequisites before we could use it so on that note I felt there are much more straightforward tools and applications which solved the same purposes or more in a much better and efficient manner compared to EasyCalendar. I can write a good list of pros about EasyCalendar, but I will keep it short. It's easy to use; It easily syncs with other tools. The Integration with Zoom, Salesforce etc. is seamless and the remainder system is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything I dislike about EasyCalendar it's straightforward and a well-made tool. Even the free version is suitable for small-scale businesses. Overall no cons that I can mention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can easily be integrated with a great variety of tools such as Hubspot, and other CRMs (I used to use it with Zoho, for example, and it was convenient), Gmail (to synchronize Google Calendar) or video calls and event management tools like Zoom or GoToMeeting. This allows you to create new contacts, and new appointments and nurture them via CRM easily.
More good things to add:

-It has a free version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a good tool, even the free version, so I wouldn't say there's anything I don't like or I miss. It has many features and adds value. It facilitates the appointment scheduling as well as the contacts creation directly to the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it makes my job - no more hassle of writing appointments in a book. Was time for a change and EasyCalender did just that! Easy software understand, as well as user-friendly for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the only downside to EasyCalender is its competitors. It can be very similar to other companies, however, I do appreciate the free trial they offer you before purchasing their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the app can be synchronized with my iPhone; so much easy to handle my appointments and pending meetings. Easy to read, user-friendly and not that difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The less helpful of this tool is that it is very similar to the current apps that mobile phones already have. It is also a little bit slow when you want to search for important meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EasyCalendar is a very easy-to-use tool for scheduling appointments. It's very customizable in terms of getting reminders set up and integrates well with softwares that I use like Salesforce and Zoom. They have a free trial period available as well so you can try before you buy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version does not have SMS reminders but it was not been a deal breaker for me. The free plan is also pretty worth it, especially with the integrations that it supports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
