We connected Easy Insights to our Zoom account through the app marketplace so that we could better understand how our online public programming was performing. Our team has produced over 100 free online events in a 4 month period as part of our shift to digital programming as a result of COVID-19. Working with the Easy Insight team, we were able to create a report that measures the actual duration of our webinars and the average watch time by our viewers. Easy Insight brings elegant dashboard functionality to Basecamp3 in a way that is straightforward, reliable, versatile, feature-rich and beautiful! There's a little bit of a learning curve, but the Easy Insight training and support is so fantastic that it hardly merits writing about as a "dislike". Easy Insight 100% supports their clients in the implementation like no other software company I've ever dealt with, which makes choosing Easy Insight so much more valuable. It is not super intuitive. I rely heavily on the support team to get the reports and dashboards set up,
I feel like I am missing some type of knowledge that would enable me to use the tools more effectively and on my own. The tutorials do not often help me learn or complete the task.
