What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Guides?

The mixed reality training content we used this for was helpful in onboarding new technical staff and providing them a far better experience and training using htese toolsets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Guides?

The fact that there is a headset dependency that limits concurrent usage. In addition, there is a need for developers with skills for making even minor adjustments in the guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynamics 365 Guides solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can perform virtual induction virtual training with the guides, and this is also useful for specific customer remote tour scenarios where we can demonstrate our factory capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
