The best with Dynamics 365 Customer voice is that we can configure the form and questions (depending upon the survey we are doing for) as per our needs and it has a great connector to integrate with power automate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?

This is a very useful component framework though the pricing of Dynamics 365 customer voice is a bit high because of 14,410 INR for 2,000 survey responses per tenant/month. I thought the price can be a little skim down or they can increase the survey response count. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dynamics 365 Customer Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?

For any company that deals with a Ticketing system after closing the ticket, feedback from customers is paramount to their projects.

In these types of projects, this Dynamics 365 customer voice will help automate sending survey forms to the customer email automatically after closing the ticket.

After designing the survey form we can connect that form to power automate and this will trigger a survey form to the customer whenever a support engineer closes the ticket.

Dynamics 365 customer voice comes with out-of-the-box integration with dynamics 365 sales and marketing. There are possibilities to record the responses anonymously and as well as non anonymously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface to customer voice is a little unstable. Also forms take too much time to open. The security management screens are also not very intuitive. Minor improvements are needed on these points. Otherwise it's a good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
