It's very easy to create drafts with this tool; it feels almost as intuitive as designing a poster in Canva.

Nps calculation is not easy, it sometimes can be vague if not set properly

I like that it is Microsoft of course but it helps collect and analyze information and great to use

I would say nothing has been missing or wrong with this product. Everything works properly. I cannot think of anything that would make it better at the moment.

It has made connecting and inputing information about better. There's more information to see in the CRM. I am more productive because of the software and I can see everything  more than I could before.

The best with Dynamics 365 Customer voice is that we can configure the form and questions (depending upon the survey we are doing for) as per our needs and it has a great connector to integrate with power automate.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?**

This is a very useful component framework though the pricing of Dynamics 365 customer voice is a bit high because of 14,410 INR for  2,000 survey responses per tenant/month. I thought the price can be a little skim down or they can increase the survey response count.

**Recommendations to others considering Dynamics 365 Customer Voice:**

If you are the project manager for support projects, then I suggest you go with this D365

For any company that deals with a Ticketing system after closing the ticket, feedback from customers is paramount to their projects.

In these types of projects, this Dynamics 365 customer voice will help automate sending survey forms to the customer email automatically after closing the ticket. 

After designing the survey form we can connect that form to power automate and this will trigger a survey form to the customer whenever a support engineer closes the ticket.

This will avoid tedious tasks to support engineers and their delivery managers as well.

Dynamic 365 Customer voice assures easy collection of data and allows the user’s to create vigorous, flexible surveys.

I would say everything is perfect or right with this product. Only the interface customization can be improved a bit.

Dynamics 365 customer voice comes with out-of-the-box integration with dynamics 365 sales and marketing. There are possibilities to record the responses anonymously and as well as non anonymously.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?**

The user interface to customer voice is a little unstable. Also forms take too much time to open. The security management screens are also not very intuitive. Minor improvements are needed on these points. Otherwise it's a good product.

We are using this for sending out surveys to customers and keeping track of the responses received. We use these insights for our marketing campaigns and service improvement initiatives.

The best of customer services is that help user to Capture the result and then  able to identify the insights it can be used in any of the channel to send it and track .

It is not much user friendly it need basic knowledge  to use as customer face this issue most of the time to find the link to share with there client and also to extract report.

Everything about the Microsoft Dynamic 365 is great from the interface to the design. The platform is really helpful for business development people as it allows them to analyze Customer Voices and help them where to concentrate

The cost of the platform is high and also the fact that laymen can not use it. An individual required training on the platform which consumes a lot of time.

Overall, Dynamics 365 is an advanced CRM system with an impressive range of features. It has a powerful inbuilt artificial intelligence system and useful native integrations with Microsoft Office software

However, it also has a steep by step  learning curve and requires training to use it properly and almost personal guidance to get to use it at full of its capacity.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online includes 5 gigabytes of data storage. You can buy additional storage space for $9.99 per gigabyte per month. 5 gigabytes may sound like a lot until you realize this is for the entire organization, not per user.

Dynamics 365 provides ERP (Enterprise Resource planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) at the same time it provides visualization tools and dashboarding as well as automating services too.

Dynamics 365 is very much appreciable tool but over all if we consider its components and services they are pretty complex which i think initially but going forward it becomes easier.

It is providing several benefits, it is offering premium 365 services of products like power bi, power automata, visio and access db which includes ERP and  CRM Management products to help our business.

**What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?**

It's simplicity. If you have already used Microsoft Forms, then you already know your way around Dynamic Customer Voice as it shares most of the interface.
You also get to use custom variables that you can utilize to give your survey some dynamicity.

**What do you dislike about Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?**

The interface customization tends to be buggy. For start, Microsoft has not specified the correct image dimensions to use when customizing the interface. If you want to add a logo or some banner to your survey, you will have to play around with your images to find the correct result. Even then, it may not be satisfactory. Secondly, adding banners tends to create some unusual spacing between the questions. A simple survey might end up looking like a long survey.

If you want something more out of Microsoft Forms, then Dynamics 365 Customer Voice might be the answer. If you are already using some of the Dynamics 365 tools and want to create some surveys, then Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is definitely the answer.

We have used D365 CV to create a multi-part workshop registration and survey. The custom variables come into play when you create such a multi-part survey.
