The best thing about dutchie is having your POS, Loyalty, App, and Ecommerce all under one roof. This helps streamline processes in store. Dutchie also has a stellar support team that is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective POS with Seamless Integration, Minor Update Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about Dutchie?

I like that Dutchie organizes our inventory and the back office, keeping our websites organized on the administrative side. On the administrator side, I also appreciate the fact that it makes a ding whenever we get online orders, which helps us keep up with them efficiently. I prefer Dutchie over Weave because it's way more helpful and comes with back-office programs that link everything together. The initial setup wasn't too bad, and we liked it way better once we got the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dutchie?

When Dutchie updates, there tends to be a lot of errors afterward. I always have to contact Dutchie for some type of reason after a big overnight update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Responsive key account team. Helpful for setting up new accounts, locations, and billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dutchie?

Some features are controlled at the location level, which makes enterprise-level controls harder to manage and maintain consistently across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, User-Friendly, and Perfect for Patient Data Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Dutchie?

I find Dutchie to be standard modern and efficient software for tracking data in the cannabis industry. I like that it's easy to use and efficient in organizing and collecting data on patients. The switch to Dutchie made sense because it offers more effective and efficient software with fewer errors. I also appreciated the fast and easy initial setup. "Easy to Use with Excellent, Helpful Customer Service"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dutchie?

Easy to use, even though some things are not immediately visibly user friendly, customer service is excellent at helping me get through many issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dutchie?

Inability to do a price change on a single item at Point of Sale. other POS systems i've used have this feature and it is incredibly frustrating to not be able to do this on the POS in order to make something right with a customer or discount something quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lead budtender Dutchie take"
5/5
What do you like best about Dutchie?

I like the different lanes I can drag customers or like 'suspended sales' for later. Also useful for getting a budtenders order from sitting in the main queue all shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dutchie?

The way we check users in with ID generates a profile for them with their full legal name, while if they preorder they often will use shortened names or otherwise run into multiple accounts with multiple points streams for the same user depending on if they pre-ordered or not. We need the software to accommodate for the potential of this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless POS with Minor Discount Hiccups"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Dutchie?

I liked using Dutchie as a POS sales system because it was somewhat easy to track sales and products. It allowed me to check available inventory all from the POS system. It also tracked sales and customer history, and offered automatic discounts. The initial setup involved a bit of trial and error, but I got the hang of it pretty quick, so overall it was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dutchie?

Another issue I see a lot is many of the discounts are not automatic and have to be manually input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamlessly Streams Cannabis Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about Dutchie?

I like Dutchie for its ease of use and ease of training for my employees; it's a very intuitive software. I also appreciate that it's extremely easy to set up, and the onboarding staff were excellent, getting me up and running quickly. Even for someone with limited technical skills, it's pretty easy software to use. Additionally, being in the Dutchie environment for both cultivation and retail makes operations a lot smoother when doing internal transfers. It also integrates with my state's tracking system for my retail environment, which is a helpful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dutchie?

I don't really have any dislikes everything is fantastic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
