Love the simple UI, quick and accessible support, flexible tier-based plans that are helpful, affordable scaling solutions for our agency, and good team management UI, we love the white labeling options to provide a custom experience to our clients. You may think it's not adequate for certain niche businesses but it contains a template for every business you can imagine, along with the tools to succeed anywhere whether it's a restaurant or online store. The app store is simple and has access to many basic tools, and some popular apps, but it doesn't compare to some competitors like WordPress and Shopify, this area needs more rampened development to make it competitive for businesses that want a scalable solution, especially for e-commerce heavy businesses. I've used Duda for a decade now, and I must say their editor is getting better and better. New ways to create sections and improved overall user experience to create a fast and responsive websites.
I have experienced using before which is called Duderino. Then comes the flex 2, and now the new editor 2.0 is the newest one. I really loved this platform, that I don't even look for other work if it's not a Duda. I worked with multiple big agencies that only uses Duda as I have almost a decade of experience with it.
I am using Duda for a decade now! What I love about Duda is the simplicity of the Duda dashboard, the Duda editor, and how to publish and unpublish the site. With their new rollout of features with AI and image SEO, I must say, it is easier to use now than ever!
My role then was as a senior web developer, now I helped Duda agencies to scale using Duda. I built websites for them and it is always a breeze that you can build a site in a day!
Years before, there are no feature like collections, now it's much easier to connect your data of records to your site and create dynamic pages that is SEO optimized by Duda. It's a great built-in feature from them, the way you can connect widgets(if you have widget access) from the collections, and use it with Dynamic pages as well.
I am happy as a freelance Duda web developer and it helped my business and my clients' business to move forward from other CMS! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My best skills in Duda involve developing widgets, so I think there should be a way to unpublish a widget. Having a list inside a list is not possible as of now, which is one of the things that sets me back for new widget development.
Sometimes, Duda's blog is limited to its design layouts. Also, editing one sometimes loads super slow. I had this one site that I am editing blogs, and it took 10 seconds to respond. Not sure why, and I haven't contacted support yet about this.
I don't like the renaming of the Editor 2.0 they renamed rows as section, its kinda confusing the users as they have already know the rows and columns combination name for so long.
While I love having new features, their Duda flex isn't very clear or easy to use and is sometimes buggy; for example, I click on a device and start working on it, then I hit the preview button, the spacing and paddings don't look the same as I wanted them to be
It would be beneficial if their developer's documentation is updated and matches the current things, as sometimes I refer to it, and things do not add up.
I also do not like the documentation with external app for REACT as it is outdated examples found on their page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I first picked up using Duda to build for some clients about 4 years ago. The builder was easy to learn and create nice-looking websites out of the gate. However, as my experience in the platform continues to grow, I keep learning, improving, and finding new tricks. Duda strikes the perfect balance of cost and usability if you or your client is looking to use a solid platform without the cost of an experienced web developer. In my experience, the platform is much easier to use and offers more than competitors.
Duda support has been responsive and helpful in solving almost all of my platform issues in a friendly manner. Whether chat or via email, the support team has been on top of things lately, a nice improvement over past minor headaches with support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The typical problem with emerging products is ever-changing details and experimentation. As Duda continues to hone in their product, it can occasionally create frustrations when things change, but it's something we adapt to.
What I can only assume are frequent updates and improvements to the Duda ecosystem, seem to be a likely cause of occasional bugs in the builder. These bugs can be difficult to work with, but not the end of the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great to use, it has a lot of tools that it's very easy to use, everytime I need to do anything on the editor, I love it, it's great, and the support, THE SUPPORT, BEST SUPPORT EVER, I love the whole support team, all the times that I needed them they were the best, going way beyond to help me with some integrations, to be honest were pretty easy implementations to do on their contact form, but they helped me a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, to be honest it was the best builder that I ever used, I never had some hard issues, their API is well documented, and their article about it is useful, but it could be better.
The articles are somehow outdated about some features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Duda is a robust platform with *almost* everything. There are a lot of cool features and widgets to make building sites easy, quick, and intuitive. And more than anything, I appreciate how responsive their support team is. This is rare these days, and I think Duda is setting a high standard, especially with their option to schedule a screen-share session from chat. Brilliant and efficient! There are just a few things missing, like specific functionality with widgets or the ability to implement dynamic sections that update across sites (this is feasible, just not as seamless as I'd like). However, it seems that they are listening and working on building out new features to meet these needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Duda is an excellent no-code platform that allows you to build a website fast and with ease. The platform is always evolving and new features keep being added several times per month.
I'd like to highlight Duda's support team which is always responsive and often resolves issues within a day.
There are a lot of features, and additional app integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limitations to the platform, it could do with some animation improvements, but the platform has grown well over 2024. One of the highlights - is native eCommerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love their support, they are the best eeeever! I love them!
I checkit daily, as our sites have jobs forms to be filled, and I gather them for job interviews.
The contact form directly integrates with Google sheets, where it make easier to adjust all the data that I need.
Easy to use tool, even me from People team can use it without worries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The client management feature is not that good, and it's limited on the payments methods for it, same for the membership features, they don't have other payment methods besides Stripe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Duda has been pivotal in growing my business and getting found online. It was easy to learn, and after a few hours playing with it, I felt confident. I love when they came out with the AI seo tools. I believe that after going through the SEO review (via AI) my site starting ranking higher (or at least I noticed more traffic).
Their customer service is top notch. They always respond right way to any issus, and I'm never stuck trying to work it out with a bot if I really need a human.
They're super attentive to their customers and even have a page with feature requests and how far those features are in developement.
On Diib, which gives your site a "health check" my site is overall healthy thanks to Duda's ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they had more templates. The ones they have seem similar once you get past colors and fonts. Specifically, I would love:
-more creative shapes for "sections" (not just a line)
-more blog templates & functionality. I really don't care for the blog.
-the ability to create a second drop menu within a super dense page of information
-more fonts. I'm really looking for something a little more funky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the flex sections for when I just need extra flexibilty in one spot. I like that it can just be one section and not the whole site in flex.
I find duda easy to use, though I did go through all of the Duda university lessons, so I can't speak for people without experience in Duda.
I also appreciate the customer support. I have always had positive experiences with duda support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the only downside is some of the widgets are just very limited. The one example I can think of right now is the hero carousel. I wanted more options for where to place the button and description on top of the sliding images but the only options currently are right, center, left. I was hoping for an option to pin to a lower corner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a solid WYSIWYG editor and when the baseline design options aren't enough, it's flexible to achieve what we're after through all the widgets and custom code. The range of integrations is great and has saved us lots of time compared to doing a custom site. Overall, I'd reccommend it as a great option for a small team that has some design bandwidth but engineers too busy to work on a custom marketing site. The support has also been very responsive and worked with us to solve a number of problems we ran into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We thought the auto-translation would save us so mcuh time across the languages we need to accomodate, but we've realized that we ended up needing to go through each page anyways to account for bad translations, and design aspects that get broken when the words/paragraphs vary (such as buttons with much longer words when translated to German). This almost defeated the purpose for us, given we have to update copy in many places across the languages we've added. In addition to this, it can sometimes be very difficult to achieve specific designs we've planned for. Sometimes, we incorporate very unnatural workarounds to achieve the designs we created in Figma. I feel as if sometimes it's not always a feature or design aspect that should be so complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is user-friendly, allowing for easy site creation and management. Their support team is responsive and helpful, always ready to guide you through any issues, just like Aiman did in this instance. The inclusion of resources like the Ideas Board to suggest features and track their development is a great way to feel connected to the product's evolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Duda is a powerful tool, some essential features like UPC code integration in the store are currently unavailable. It would be beneficial to see these features developed soon to streamline marketing and advertising efforts directly through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
