DubBot Pros and Cons

I can't say enough good things about Dubbot as a tool and as a company. I've had good encounters with their staff, and the leaders have built quality products in the past, so I trust their expertise. From the sales associate to the founders, you will get people who care about their customers. Some quality assurance tools are slow to answer questions, but I've put tickets in, and even the founders answer them with expedience. The founders helped build one of the Content Management Systems I enjoy, so they have a lot of experience building quality products with the customer in mind. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. Very accurate reports and helpful staff when you have questions about how to apply a particular fix. The level of support and care from the staff is amazing and refreshing in an industry of literal bots, DubBot automates the technology, not the customer service. There are so many things.

For starters, their support is amazing. Not only do I get answers within minutes ( or even seconds ), but it is very clear I am talking with a professional in the accessibility space.

The tool itself works seamlessly and is very easy to use. I largely use DubBot for the Accessibility checks, but the fact that it comes with Spell checking, checks for broken links, and many other features, is just amazing.

The tool makes it very easy to find the errors, understand what the problem is, and how to fix it. I particularly like the ability to filter between specific pages and specific WCAG 2.1 Guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't say much that I dislike.

It would be nice to have some other integrations with things like JIRA, or chrome plugins for additional ways to develop locally.

The four areas (Accessibilty, Web Governance, Broken Links, and Spell Check) are super easy to review and fix issues on our site. Similar services charge way more for the same features.

DubBot provides a task assignment system, which is great, but breaks from our company's normal issue tracking process... so we end up not using it and providing links to our normal system - works but the only "dislike" I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
