What do you like best about DubBot?

DubBot helps our network of content and site managers stay on top of QA and accessibility issues that inevitably pop up. Custom policies help us hone in on issues unique to our sites and users. And their support is top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DubBot?

I love the simple interface- easy to use, navigate and gets the jobs done that I purchased it for. There's no cruft to confuse or obfuscate from getting the work done. We have a large group of users that my team and I need to manage and the administrative interface is stellar- we're able to give granular access to our sites as needed without a complicated management system.

What I really LOVE- and I can't say this enough- is how personal and quick responding their support team is! We've had a few suggestions in the past, thoughts on how the system could be made a bit easier to use- the team a Dubbot took those suggestions to heart and implemented them VERY quickly. FANTASTIC support!

We used to use another competing and older tool, that unfortunately took another path- became extremely expensive, unwieldy to use, overcomplicated, and a bear for those folks to whom web design/development/editing isn't second nature. We shifted to Dubbot, have not looked back and zero regrets for the change. It's a great tool, great company and great support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DubBot?

As an SEC university with a decentralized content creation process, we sought out a solution that provided a customized approach to web governance for QA, accessibility, SEO, improving user experience, and maintaining consistency across our sites: DubBot delivered! Their tool met our needs without creating unnecessary work or boxes to check. The product is easy to learn and use, integrates with our CMS via deep linking for seamless editing, and is more efficient and less expensive! DubBot's customer service went above and beyond: their team consistently communicated to ensure our needs were met, and it is great to see them when I attend conferences! Some favorites: task management, custom checks, and when they heard my feedback and adapted their roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

Of the tools that I have tried (4 total), DubBot was the product that met all of my needs. While they do not (currently?) include some services like behavior mapping or enterprise accessibility education programs, I wasn't looking for those things. I prefer to buy the tool I need, work with a company that does it well, and know that they prioritize quality, customer service, and relationships over quick wins and big fish. If you are looking for a one-stop shop for all of these things, DubBot may not be the right choice, but they won't sell you more than you need and stand behind their product. What do you like best about DubBot?

Having used Siteimprove, we were impressed at how much easier to use DubBot was than the previous tool. When compared with our current solution at the time, it was less expensive, easier to use, and gave us results that was more actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DubBot?

My favorite feature is that it proactively scans and identifies issues, then notifies me. Not having to "live in the system" to stay on top of things makes a big impact in my already busy day-to-day.

The interface is so intuitive. When you're reviewing the accessibility reports and problem items, they highlight the exact issue on the live page, tell you why it's wrong and exactly how to fix it. It has both non-technical explanations as well as technical code for developers. We love the ability to assign tasks to other team members directly from the issue inside Dubbot.

The broken link checker and readability features are also absolute musts! We compete with a lot of financial sites and have to ensure our content has high scores in both of these to remain competitive. From an accessibility and seo standpoint, we couldn't do without Dubbot....well, we could; it would just be a lot more expensive and a major headache.

Lastly, having worked with other providers in the past, I can say (above all else) that I am most impressed with their customer service. I would do without some of the features if it meant I could get great support and care when I need it....luckily we didnt have to compromise! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DubBot?

The broken link checker is almost TOO good. It flags a lot of colloquial words and industry-specific acronyms and spellings. With that said, there's an effortless way to add to the dictionary or ignore from future crawls, both at the term and page levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DubBot?

What I like best about Dubbot is that it makes it easy for our creative and marketing teams to understand accessibility issues and make all our web properties more accessible. We have a couple dozen unique web properties, and we can manage all of them from a single Dubbot account. Within each site, the accessibility issues are grouped together by page and issue type, so it's easy to see dozens of issues that can be resolved, say, with a single change to our css. Issue grouping and issue severity ranking help us prioritize which fixes to focus on first. And from there, we can assign issues to team members for some lightweight project management. What do you dislike about DubBot?

It was a little confusing to get our user permissions set up correctly so each person would have access only to the sites they work on, but the Dubbot team helped us get that sorted out within just a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DubBot?

My company utilizes DubBot for our own needs as well as those of our clients. It provides a nice, intuitive user experience and proves extremely helpful in identifying accessibility issues as well as other common issues on our sites.
