My overall experience with Drivetrain has been great. The tool is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. Producing new reports is seamless and user friendly. The implementation took ~ 3 months and was quite smooth. The DT implementation team made sure that the platform was up and running in time for our planning cycle. Additionally, Rohit who lead the implementation, has been incredibly responsive, collaborative, and made sure that the tool met our needs. The system is easy to navigate and has really helped us streamline and automate our consolidated financial reporting. It takes a bit of time to figure out how DT works in setting up new models or data sets and how everything connects. I have used several FP&A platforms and Drivetrain is the best I've used because we can model at a very granular level (vendor, department, etc.) without much effort and create digestible reporting outputs. Models actualize with accounting actuals ase with a click of a button. The ability to connect multiple data sources is very helpful as we leverage other department data to drive certain aspects of the financial model and monitor business KPIs. Reporting is very clean and the ability to create and distribute dynamic dashboards has been impactful for our team. Creating different access levels is a breeze. I really appreciate how Drivetrain helps us in simplifying the financial reporting tasks and making it easier to generate accurate customized reports efficiently.
