What do you like best about DoubleCloud?

The benefits of using DoubleCloud to setup Clickhouse are:

- Ease of setup: it will take only a couple of minutes to set up and use a Clickhouse cluster

- Sensible pricing especially compared to the competition for managed Clickhouse

- "Bring your Own Account" feature: this allowed us to host the nodes and data

- Great support: they respond to and resolve critical tickets as fast as possible. But I was also amazed by the depth of detail in their responses even on small questions and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DoubleCloud?

There is nothing to dislike.

I think some extra care is needed on the administrative actions and the monitoring page, but many improvements and features were delivered in the last few quarters and a few more are planned in the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DoubleCloud?

1. Easy to get started - took us less than 1 week to setup POC for a big-data use case

2. Reliable - we have had 0 issues with downtime in the last 1 year

3. Easy to manage - high-quality dashboard to manage the Kafka and Clickhouse Clusters

4. Great Support - available to help during queries. Have also helped us with optimizing our queries and understand the cause of event drop-offs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DoubleCloud?

Alerting setup can be enhanced - he monitoring in the UI is really good and provides important information, but it would be great to get alerts if the cluster has any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DoubleCloud?

I was easily able to self serve setup a clickhouse cluster, and ingest all of our data on day 1. Doubecloud support is also fantastic, and has quickly responded on the rare times our cluster has had an issue. The pricing is also easy to understand, and easy to predict, since it's just a flat markup on the underlying compute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DoubleCloud?

None that I can think of - we have had nothing but good experiences so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
