How they email you promotions and then, don't let you use them after you spent a lot of time ordering your food. Tonite I Ordered food and got a confirmation on my order and continue to get updates for over 30 minutes and from the driver telling me that he's waiting for my food and seeing him on my tracker that he continues to wait for my dinner. After over 35 minutes I get an email saying my order has been canceled. No explanation at all and that it can take up to 10 days to get a refund.. WTF! I had to go online with their horrible chat help[ to find out that they blamed the driver as the reason why it was canceled. Why bc he got tired of waiting? The useless chat-help said they would share my feedback so it doesn't happen again. Ordering is an easy process. The delivery is usually very prompt, and drivers are friendly. There is a large selection of restaurants and other establishments, such as convenience stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service of your driver. Made minimal attempt to get me my food. When I called him to see where he was he said he was gone. That he was returning the food. WHICH he never did. Unbelievable experiences with this company, the app, the drivers...it is clear this business does not value the customer, and definitely did not hire people to handle anything with care.

- left drinks in front of the door, for knocking over.

- intentionally leaving items at another home.

- spit in my food.

- cold food, safety hazards.

- consistently items are missing or incorrect.

- orders sent to the business not even registered as received, even if app says it is.

- more than 1 hour late on multiple occasions.

- dasher stops at more than the allotted 2 "completing an order nearby" locations.

- dashers going completely wrong and out of the way directions.

- chastising and condescending messages from dashers.

- blatant dropping of "hard to deal with" customer service live chats.
