
It's super easy to navigate. I like that when I need a report, I can get it on my phone right away or making any types to changes such as pricing, or marking OOS items. If you own or manage more than one location, it's easy to just select what store you need or you can view all stores on one page. Setting up was super easy! The prompts on the screen once you turn it on ensures you don't make any mistakes. Customer support is great! I've never called them, but directly speaking to my onboarding specialist, he was very helpful and great. I opted to NOT get DoorDash integrated with my POS only because I don't like that I would need to do everything on the backend of my POS instead of doing directly on DoorDash account which is preferably best.
