Nothing. My order was a disaster. I hated this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Waited 30 minutes for an order directly on Applebees website. Called Applebees and they were nice to refund me. When calling Doordash the rep was so not helpful and advised they could locate the driver. Needed to file an incident report to the restaurant. Rep was no help and informed that is not okay to not know what happened to my order. Rep was the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Advised that I better know what happened to my order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. They LOST my order and wouldn’t even offer a replacement or credit or refund or anything?! Wow, greedy business and doesn’t care about customers at all. Will take my business elsewhere, suggest you do the same. Contacted them and they didn’t even help at all. Sometimes it’s not just about the money, I have been a loyal customer and I’ve since deleted the app and will never recommend them to anyone ever again. Downside is service. The app lets you choose if delivered to door or simply left there. People stopped following directions leaving cold food on the ground at night. I just deleted the app. People don't care & i always tip before my order comes too. I'm just done with it. They never knock. And my pizza wasn't even bagged so why put it on the ground with bugs?! How they email you promotions and then, don't let you use them after you spent a lot of time ordering your food. Tonite I Ordered food and got a confirmation on my order and continue to get updates for over 30 minutes and from the driver telling me that he's waiting for my food and seeing him on my tracker that he continues to wait for my dinner. After over 35 minutes I get an email saying my order has been canceled. No explanation at all and that it can take up to 10 days to get a refund.. WTF! I had to go online with their horrible chat help[ to find out that they blamed the driver as the reason why it was canceled. Why bc he got tired of waiting? The useless chat-help said they would share my feedback so it doesn't happen again. After waiting 35min and not getting any food that is all I got.. canceling the app bc getting con onto using them and getting the worse customer service ever Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
