I candidly have no complaints about Documo and mFax after implementing it at 2 organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
mFax is reliable! I like that they send me emails to notify me that I have recieved a fax. Even better they attach that fax to the email to save me time from actually having log in. mFax is also easy to use which saves me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ideally the cost of mFax could be lower, but I understand that they are running a bussiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is simple and eaiser to use. It helps you to sign your documents from anywhere and saves you time. Managing documents and reporting system is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No downside as such, good, easier, reliable and available application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to gather team signature before time. NO HASTLE OF FIRST PRINTING OUT THE FORM SIGNING AND THEN UPLOADING THE COPY. Security enablement and use of ease is commendable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More competition is available which offers more services including signatures. Not unique with it's services. It needs to provide a more convincing unique point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

mFax provides a really fast and easy way to send faxes. The interface is very user-friendly and it was easy for me to figure out how to send faxes on the first try. You can submit a fax to be sent out within seconds. It also has good features for including cover letters in faxes. Also you can send the same fax to multiple fax numbers. I don't like how its not immediately apparent that you don't have to fill out all the form fields when sending a fax - they are mostly optional and will save you time if you do not need to fill them out, but do appreciate the fields when needed (includes notes, subject, tags). Also, you're not able to edit the number of pages in an attachment through mFax so make sure you have the correct number of pages in your file before you attach it. What I really like most about mSign is the ease of use. I've used quite a few solutions over the years and this product is just very intuitive and simple. I like that. I also appreciate some of the features they've included such as the auditing feature. I send a fair amount of documents for signature and I like to keep track of where they are in the process as they often have multiple folks who need to touch them. I've been using the product just under a month now and haven't found any big negatives. There are some features I'd like that they don't have but according to them, they are adding updates regularly and some of the stuff I was hoping for is apparently in the works. So, we'll see! It just works. It's reliable and easy to use, without a lot of overhead. It does everything you need from an esignature platform, the UI is straightforward, and the signature request emails actually get reliably delivered (unlike a recent experience I had with a famous competitor beginning with a D). The webhooks capability is slick and lets you set up integrations with easily.
I also like mSign's integration with the broader Documo platform, especially mFax, which is head and shoulders above anything I've ever seen in the fax world. This combination in particular makes it an obvious win for healthcare and similar industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the UI is really nice, I think it could use a little bit more polish or a bit of a refresh. Elements are a little larger than necessary, maybe the color scheme could be better. But these are really minor quibbles on an overall excellent product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
