Easy to use web interface. Reliable endpoint faxing via use of their Fax Bridge as oppsoed to other competitors use SIP instead of HTTPS. Pricing is transparent. Support is responsive. Whitelabeling is best in its class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Porting customers can be cumbersome. Mainly because we have to create two different port requests. One to our carrier for their phone lines, and another to mFax for the fax lines. Since you cannot have 2 open port requests with a carrier, we have to do one at a time. Making Porting Process for a client onboard drag our 2-3 weeks to secure all their lines in each carrier. Wish there was a way that we could keep the number in our carrier and webhook it to mFax or have an integration to load numbers from Telnyx. The lack of integration with popular support systems like Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce is a significant drawback, especially for those who rely on these tools for customer service and operations. Additionally, the limited fax history can be problematic when we need to track previous communications, so having unlimited access to past faxes would be a crucial improvement. I am in dev team using Documo API for our service. We were looking for integration service with fax only. Documo is affordable, well-documented, and incredibly reliable. We deployed quickly and have experienced minimal issues in production. we could get email notification about service status from Documo. The issue is rarely happened. IT IS RELIABLE! I love how mFax's whitelabel service helps us provide reliable cloud faxing to a wide range of customers. It is very easy to onboard new customers, port their numbers, and enable them for hybrid cloud and physical faxing. It is also reasonably priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, the biggest issue we have seen is with using the faxbridge service -- problems with those are very difficult to troubleshoot and we are not immediately aware that an issue has occrred until an end-user reports to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am so grateful for HIIPAA compliant mFax! I recently started working exclusively from home and don't know what I would do without mFax! There was no real learning curve, as the implementation and use of the product was self-explanatory. I am immediately notified via email when a fax has been sent successfully, as well as when I receive a fax. MFax allows me to download and save faxes I receive and send, and maintains my complete fax history! The customer service department is quick to respond and so extremely helpful! We are a public library that uses mFax for public faxing and after exhaustive research, mFax was the only solution we could find that consistently works and at a very reasonable price. The solution was easy to set up and very easy to use for our customers. Customer support is great and the features are just right.
