Great UI

Ability to deliver faxes via sFTP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documo?

There have been more then a few outages

Had an issue with sFTP delivery that a client depended on taht took several weeks for support to resolve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

Mfax was easy to implement, is cost effective, and very reliable. All staff have enjoyed it and use daily with limited issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

Efficient faxing platform, simple user interface, easy customization and branding - even for a non-IT admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documo?

Some of the branding elements are not effective for faxing purposes (black and white). Some of the features are still a little glitchy, but the customer support team easily makes up for it with prompt and efficient support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can fax right from my computer; I can fax multiple documents at the same time; I have a record of the fax history Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documo?

I haven't encountered any downsides or negatives of using mFax Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having issues getting faxes to go through to government agencies using our fax machine; mFax has not encountered that issue. It is easy to scan a document or print to our document management system and then fax without having to print anything on paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

mFax is a modern take on faxing. As we were looking to phase out our copper phone lines, as most are, we looked to mFax for our cloud faxing. Having HIPAA and other compliance frameworks in place allowed us as a medical company to trust in them. It works well, has good customer service, and was easy for our users to figure out. What do you dislike about Documo?

Some of the UI can be a little confusing at times, and number porting isn't the most straight-forward (though it never is). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

I really like the ease of use of the mFax API. I am able to use their webhooks to track the status of the faxes I am sending programatically. The API was relatively easy to implement, and we use it every day for sending fax notifications to the prescribers for our pharmacy business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Documo?

Ease of use. Some of our users resist change and this product was easy for them to understand the interface, create a fax, and begin using the new product. We transitioned to this product from another popular, but old, solution and the integration with our current workflow was easy to re-create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
