I love how mFax's whitelabel service helps us provide reliable cloud faxing to a wide range of customers. It is very easy to onboard new customers, port their numbers, and enable them for hybrid cloud and physical faxing. It is also reasonably priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personally, the biggest issue we have seen is with using the faxbridge service -- problems with those are very difficult to troubleshoot and we are not immediately aware that an issue has occrred until an end-user reports to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am so grateful for HIIPAA compliant mFax! I recently started working exclusively from home and don't know what I would do without mFax! There was no real learning curve, as the implementation and use of the product was self-explanatory. I am immediately notified via email when a fax has been sent successfully, as well as when I receive a fax. MFax allows me to download and save faxes I receive and send, and maintains my complete fax history! The customer service department is quick to respond and so extremely helpful! We are a public library that uses mFax for public faxing and after exhaustive research, mFax was the only solution we could find that consistently works and at a very reasonable price. The solution was easy to set up and very easy to use for our customers. Customer support is great and the features are just right. mFax is a great solution for digital faxing. We have been using it for about 3 months now after switching from analong faxing. It has been incredibly easy to use for our end users, and the admin portal is simple and straightforward. I chose mFax because of the pricing structure. mFax is an easy to impliment soltuion for MSPs such as ourselves. It's a sotuion that works as expected and is easy for our cusotmer base to grasp and understand. As well, mFax support is top notch. We went from an in house "fax server" to mfax, and the transition and implenentation was smooth. Basically we went from spending thousands a year on phone lines for a fax solution and support for it, to about half that with mfax, AND it works better for the end users.
